To provide a quality service to taxpayers and residents of Poole by collecting income in an efficient and caring manner and by paying the right Benefit, to the right person, at the right time.
Financial Services carry out a number of duties and support functions to the Council that encompass all Exchequer, Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates, Benefits and Accountancy functions across the Council. Within these functions there are an number of statutory duties that are performed.
