Industrial Estates

There are several Industrial Estates in the Borough.

Construction of the new Poole Harbour Crossing and the Regeneration of Poole Central Area will release approximately 20 hectares (50 acres) of brownfield sites in the Lower Hamworthy for development. This will also improve access to and from the Port of Poole .
