The Family Information Service can help with anything and everything around family life. If you are a mum, dad, grandparent or carer, have a question but do not know where to go, then contact Poole Family Information Service.

It is a free, confidential and impartial information service for parents and carers of 0 to 19 year olds (24 years if your child is disabled).

What is the Poole Family Information Directory?

The Family Information Directory provides comprehensive and up-to-date information on local organisations, services, activities and events relating to children and young people, their parents and carers as well as professionals working with families.

The Poole Directory is launching shortly. In the meantime, the national Family Information Directory  contains childcare and family services information, both nationally and within your local area.
