Life away from Council
After a career in ICI Plc, Roger became a self employed Project Manager. He is now semi-retired and has been on Poole Council since 2003. Roger and his wife have lived in Poole for over 35 years.Poole favourites
The harbour, refurbished Dolphin Centre and the Lighthouse, especially the Towngate Theatre.
Challenges
Regeneration Dealing with problems associated with anti-social behaviour and litter.
Favourites
The wonderful countryside that is so accessible from Poole - the areas of Dorset Downland, the Purbecks, the Blackmore Vale and the New Forest
Interests
Golf, tennis, walking, flying and sailing. Involved in Christian activities and outreach within the Council and the town.
