There is no automatic entitlement to a school clothing award
and payments are only made when a family is considered to be in a financial "crisis" situation. For example, consideration will be given when there has been an unexpected and unplanned incident which has occurred recently and which has caused severe financial difficulties. Use this form to see if you qualify for an award (each application is assessed on an individual basis).We are unable to accept this form by email because it must have a signature.
