Council Tax Discount Application Form
You can use this application form to apply for a Council Tax discount. This may be because you are the only adult resident or some of the adults resident are disregarded for discount purposes. For a full list of those adults disregarded, see Council Tax discounts

The application form is available in two forms:
- a pdf version to print off, complete and return to us in the post, or
- a Word version to download, type into, save and email back to us at: financialservices@poole.gov.uk
We will respond within 10 working days of receiving a completed form. Please note that for certain discounts we will require additional information which we request when we contact you.
