Beach Car Park Permit - Poole Resident

Residents of the Borough of Poole are able to purchase a beach season ticket at a concessionary price that allows the permit holder to park for an unlimited period of time in the beach car parks and on-street ‘pay and display’ areas.

Cost:- A Resident's Beach Season ticket is £65.00 a year and is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Please note - documentary evidence is required.

Proof of residence

• Council Tax Bill (authorisation to check Council Tax records is on application form)
  or Tenancy Agreement
  and Current Bank Statement (only if your name is not on Council Tax records, along with copy of Council Tax bill)

Proof of vehicle ownership

• Registration Document V5 (the vehicle must be registered to the property and applicant)
• Schedule of Insurance, showing name and address (only if vehicle is new to you or you have just moved to the area)
• Company vehicles  - (a letter is required from the company to confirm the resident is the keeper of the vehicle, as well as registration document or lease agreement)

Post: Complete the application form on the right of this page and the payment details (or enclose your cheque/postal order) together with photocopies of the supporting documents as set out on the form and post it to: Parking Administration Section, Borough of Poole, PO Box 5038, Poole, Dorset, BH15 2WG.

Email: Email the completed application form to parkingadministration@poole.gov.uk with the scanned supporting documents as set out on the form.  If you are making an email application please do not complete the payment section, once the form is received in the office, a Parking Officer will call you on the telephone number provided on the application form to take the payment details from you.

Parking Administration will not accept personal callers from 1st March 2010.
