Dog Breeding Licence Application
Establishments used for the breeding of dogs 
are controlled by the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973.
You can use this application form to apply for the above licence.
The application form is available in 2 forms -
- a pdf version to print off and complete or
- a Word version to download and type into which allows you to keep an electronic copy.
The fees involved with these applications are:
- First Application £95.50 Vets fees additional
- Renewal £55.50 Vets fees additional +VAT
