Our service to you
If you, or any of your family, are unable to do everyday tasks through physical illness, long-term disability, a learning disability or the problems associated with ageing, then we can offer you help or advice.
Our aim is to work with you to enable you to be as independent as possible within your home environment.We will also work to advise and support your carers.
A member of the Occupational Therapy team visits you at home or wherever is appropriate, within 28 days,to carry out the assessment with you. Together your needs will be identified. Following your assessment advice and recommendations will be agreed with you. This may include provision of:

Occupational Therapists have close links with Poole Housing Partnership
